Grade 5

A native of Ontario, Mrs. Godfrey obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Waterloo followed by a Bachelor of Education degree from Trent University.  An IB trained teacher, Mrs. Godfrey comes to us from Springfield Preparatory School, a fellow IB World School in Mississauga, Ontario.

As a teacher, Mrs. Godfrey focuses on creating an individualized and concept-based program. She encourages independence and draws on the strengths of each student in her class.

In her personal time, Mrs. Godfrey and her family enjoy exploring the island and being outdoors. She is passionate about swimming and has been involved with the Masters Swimming community for over 15 years. During her time as a masters swimmer, she has held several world records.
