Have you begun to think about your plans for university? Have you begun looking into the often confusing process of finding the best school for you – and the complex process of applying? It can be overwhelming and we’re here to help.
On Tuesday, April 17 from 6-8 pm Aspengrove’s Director of University Guidance, Mr. Jim Kingstone, along with University of Washington admission counsellor Ms. Sabrina Moss will be hosting an evening dedicated to supporting students and families as they begin their University planning and application process.
Topics covered will include:
  • general introduction to university planning
  • application processes, timelines, admission requirements for Canadian and American universities
  • special emphasis on holistic admission components — requirements for writing personal statements, essays, creating your personal profile
  • and a special interactive simulation where students and parents get to evaluate a Canadian and US application to see how it’s done

This event is targeted to students and parents from grades 8-11 and is open to the entire community – please share with families who do not attend Aspengrove – everyone is welcome. We only ask that you RSVP using the form below so that we will be prepared for your arrival!
