2018 marks Aspengrove’s 15th year and, as we shared with you, we have an exciting future, beginning with the development of our new Athletic Centre.

In short, it’s time to celebrate!

We will be pitching our tent on the small field for this relaxed evening–join us for dinner, music, friendship and reminiscence, as we share stories of Aspengrove’s first 15 years and look toward our shared future.

We look forward to seeing you on the 12th of May – and please feel free to bring a few friends along as well!

Tickets are available online now via Eventbrite.

FAQ

Who is invited?

Parents, alumni, parents of alumni, grandparents and all friends of Aspengrove School are welcome at this event. We’d love to see as many people as possible who have a connection to the school, past, present and future – although it’s not the sort of event children would be interested in 😉

Is it really at the School?

Yes indeed! We’ll have a large tent on the small field with beautiful decor – and while we have our fingers crossed for wonderful weather – we’ll even have heaters there so you’ll be nice and warm.

What is the cost? Is this an auction?

The big events we have hosted at the conference centre in the past have been wonderful and important fundraisers. But this one is a “friend-rasier” only. Tickets have been priced to cover the cost of the evening to make it as accessible as possible to the school community at $80 per ticket.

Are you looking for volunteers?

Not at this point, no! We appreciate you thinking of us and we are so thankful for all the volunteers who have contributed in the past – but at such a busy time of year with so many things happening, the event has been put together so that all you have to do is get your ticket, show up and enjoy the evening. But if you are looking to volunteer, the Addams Family musical could really use some help!

What’s for dinner?

The event is being catered by the Coco Cafe who make fantastic food and do important work in our community. They will be serving “mixed Grill BBQ” food – stylish enough to be fit for a celebration yet relaxed enough so we can all sit back and enjoy the evening at home on campus.

What’s the dress?

Put your tie away and come in your best BBQ attire! But hey, if you’re the kind of person who likes to wear a tie to a BBQ – please feel free!

Is there a bar?

Yes, however, the cost of drinks are not included in your ticket.

But if I’ll be drinking….

Feel free to leave your car at the school – we will be running a shuttle in the evening to make sure everyone gets home safely!
