We’re Closer Than You Think
We’re not far away – your children might already spend more time getting to school now. Located in Lantzville, at the North end of Nanaimo right off the highway, we’re closer than you think.
Aspengrove already offers bus service for our many students from Ladysmith to Qualicum and for those from a little further away, we are committed to working with interested families to design a transport system that works for you. A student would spend less time on an express bus than many local school system students spend getting to school as their bus winds around town making stop after stop to accommodate all their riders.
Or Consider 4-Night Family Boarding
We also offer a 4-night Family Boarding option. You’re not sending your children to boarding school where they are busy 7-days per week and you might not see them for many weeks at a time. You might choose to drive them or use the bus on Monday morning and see them back at home on Friday afternoon. Four nights a week they would stay with one of our local families. Parents who already send their children to Aspengrove and will care for your children like their own. Nutritious meals, their own room, a place at the family dinner table and in all family activities. Our families will drive your son or daughter to and from school and ensure they get to any other activities that are important to you – a dance class nearby, perhaps, or a soccer practice; they’ll be there for them if they need help in any way. And all week long they will experience everything that Aspengrove has to offer, including the world-class International Baccalaureate education.
Our parents told us the top reasons they chose Aspengrove for their childrens' education.
Aspengrove offers a generous scholarship and bursary program. An independent school education isn’t free but we want as many people as possible to afford an Aspengrove education.
The scholarships are awarded on merit – a combination of both academic potential and their commitment to their education beyond the classroom. If your child is a strong student who is involved in their school and community and wants to be a part of our community – we’d love to meet them.
The first step is to come and learn more.
